HB803 HD1, a state bill that allows for the expansion of EV charging infrastructure across Hawaii, is being heard on Tuesday, March 23, at 3 PM.
HB803 HD1 will:
- expand the requirement for the number of stations per 100 spaces,
- set the standards for the stations,
- ensure that the stations are maintained, and
- allow for enforcement of EV parking violations.
