We’re happy to announce that the Big Island’s latest Fast Charger is now live. This station is located at the Papaaloa Country Store, at 35-2032 Old Mamalahoa Highway, Pāpa‘aloa, HI 96780.

With this Fast Charger, it will now be possible to easily travel from Puna to Kona via Hamakua.  There are Fast Chargers in Keaau, Hilo, Hamakua, Waimea, South Kohala and Kona! Visit Plugshare.com for details on each of these.

This station is operated by Greenlots. Register an account on their website (greenlots.com) to order an RFID card. Alternatively, you can just download their app for your mobile device. This is the most convenient way to use the Greenlots stations. You’ll be able to see station status and availability, and pay for use.
