The BIEVA joined Hawaiian Electric Company for their annual Energy Fair on October 27, 2018. The event was held at the Prince Kuhio Mall in Hilo. The entire mall was filled with a variety of energy-related exhibits and lots of people. (It helps to have a festive atmosphere, music, games, and interesting exhibits.)

We were joined by Kamaaina Nissan and De Luz Chevy. They brought their latest EVs and were on hand to address questions about their vehicles. HELCO brought their BYD Electric SUV. Due to space constraints and the need for the vehicles to be brought in really early, we were limited in the number of cars that could be displayed.
