Great news for EV owners – the Level 2 charging stations at the Hawaii County offices in Hilo are close to being unveiled.  I drove by earlier today to inspect the stations.  There are a total of 4 stations (each with two chargers).

There are two stations on the Kilauea side of the County offices. One of the stations displays an error.  The other appears to be ready to go.

I plugged into this station and it appeared to be charging.

There are two more charging stations on the Aupuni side of the complex.  Both of these appear to be operational.  Here are a few images of these stations.
